Jared Arrington General This project was a massive effort for Wichita. Made downtown "livable" for those who don't enjoy trains but took away a lot of rail access to businesses and destroyed historical evidence of Wichita's brief period of railroad-dominant transportation. 3/18/2011 3:06:54 AM
