| Class LA-2 (LAJ-2) wagons entered service between 1967 and 1968 and are designed to transport frozen products. It is a mechanichal refrigerator fitted with 168 double meat hooks. Mechanical refrigerators are nearly all retired now, having been replaced by reefer containers.
