Former Rock Island coaches 314 and 308 DREAM LAKE were being used by John Archer as a camp along the White River at Hickory Creek, Arkansas. Un-named 314 had been built by Pullman-Standard as the MISTLETOE in October 1940 for operation on the ZEPHYR ROCKET, while the 308 had been built by the Budd Co. in August 1939 for service on the ROCKY MOUNTAIN ROCKET. Both cars were retired and sold in 1974. |
