Damaged NS D8-39C #8614 Norfolk Southern         
Caught by Mark Stanek as it was being towed for repair is this Norfolk Dash 8 unit #8614. Note the red ribbons on the handrails and the wrecked cab. The loco was repaired as it was seen back in service in 1991.
