After years of discussion, the Apalachin-Campville connector was built near exit 66 of NY 17, the Apalachin exit. It extended across the Susquehanna to reach NY 17C near Campville, allowing a view of the tracks not previously available. We see 11T behind a mix of 40s as it rolls 39 cars along the river, about 15 minutes from Binghamton. |
