A Washington Terminal RS 1 works at Union Station, as it has for years. At the time, besides Amtrak, there were commuter trains on the B&O and ex Pennsy lines. The Southern had turned over the Crescent to Amtrak about 18 months earlier, and was no longer a participant. |
