This is the part that this album gets its name from. The crew of the NB rock train had to have a north facing locomotive to get the train going. They took the light engines down to the other end of the siding to see if the SB mixed freight had any north facers that they could switch out. It didn't, so the dispatcher issued a track warrant for the light engines to head down to the wye at RRMP 710 (this was MP 705) to turn one of them. |
