| Switching the Intertape Polymer Group plant in Menasha from the former Soo Line yard. Soo Line sold off this line after purchasing the Milwaukee Road. They had attempted to run it as "Lake States" but were unhappy with the results and sold it to the modern incarnation of the upstart Wisconsin Central. |
