| According to the information listed on the back of this photo by the unknown photographer, this plucky Shay was built by Lima Locomotive Works in 1924, serial #3248. After working in the logging business, it iwas retired and is currently a display in a park in Shelton, Washington. It received the nickname "Tollie" after the company owner's wife. Some disagreement as to the reporting mark so I linked both to this page. |
