| Lapham-Hickey Steel open`d this facility in 1989, moving to Oshkosh from Neenah. Lapham-Hickey's presence has grown in Oshkosh over the years. From my observation of zhe rail traffic on this subdivision?of the Wisconsin and Southern, it seems that Lapham-Hickey receives mainly steel plate via rail.
