| According to Baldwin records, Denver, South Park & Pacific 2-8-0ng #191 was built in January of 1890 as DSPP #51. It was a 3' gauge loco with 36" drivers and 15x18" cylinders. The loco went to Union Pacific, Denver & Gulf as their 191 > Denver, Leadville & Gunnison #191 > Colorado & Southern #31 > Edward hines Lumber > Robbins Lumber Co #7 Thunder Lake RR . In 1973, the loco was purchased by the Colorado RR Museum. Rail fan Jim Lockart photographed it on one of this trips to the museum. |
