| Precision National (PNC) of Mt Vernon IL was a pioneer in diesel locomotive leasing; under its original name of Precision Engineering (PECO) it leased F-units and GPs throughout the country. 3634 is a former SP GP9 that went through IC's Paducah shop for rebuild.
