Description:  Class DK-3 (DKJ-3) wagons entered service at some time after 1991 and are designed to transport palleted goods, usually bagged cement. They are bulkhead flat wagons with an adjustable bulkhead on one end. The Type 3 wagon has no sides and the adjustable end has runners that slide in grooves along the wagon sides.
