Here is the front cover of 18 photos by Fred McLeod that are included in a souvenir brochure entitled "Horseshoe Curve; Pennsylvania Railroad; Altoona, Pa." Partially visible here is PRR engine #6424, a J-1A (2-10-4) "Texas" built in Juniata during August of 1943 and retired in April of 1958 after just 15 years of revenue service.
