A tip of the hat to Dick Glueck who provided this follow up photo and info: "I was 16 when I took this picture. This is Waterville Shops, Waterville, Maine, 1966. The F3 had just been stripped and burned out prior to cutting it up. I used to see these all the time at the crossing by my brother's apartmenr, but never took a picture, since 'a Diesel is a Diesel'."
